Tutorials for CLAS departments

You've come to the right place! The Publicity and Marketing Office in the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences is providing these tutorials that are focused specifically on customizing the UConn templates. You will also find answers to frequently asked questions in the FAQ section.

Creating your department's home page may seem like a daunting task at first, but with the University templates and Dreamweaver, modifying the templates to suit your needs is quite simple. You do not need to know HTML or any other computer language to do make changes. If you can use a word processor, you can use the templates!

Keep in mind that these tutorials are not designed to teach you web design. You will learn some web design while working through these tutorials, but the main focus of the tutorials is to show you how to modify the templates to fit your needs.
